Afghan Group Therapy Project: Sign Up
Are you or someone you know, aged 18-25 from an Afghan background, looking for mental health support?
We aim to support Afghan refugees and asylum seekers aged 18-25 by offering psycho-social support to address trauma, build emotional resilience, and foster a sense of community. We also provide support through Community Link Workers, who will support clients with migration, benefits and legal issues. Click here to refer.
Activities in the project include:

-Conducted in English and Farsi.
-Mixed-gender groups.
